Eddie takes customer service serious as he is always pleasant and informative of what your options are. Service is usually 10 minutes of lees for battery replacement and you get the exact battery your watch needs.

I called Eddie, owner of Clock Master, asking to have the grand father clock I inherited from my grandfather repaired ( it hadn’t run in probably decades). He drove to my home, disassembled it for transport, and brought it back to his shop for repair. I got it back sooner than he had promised and it’s running again. He even gave me a little history on the company that made it. So, he made it easy and interesting. Thanks, Eddie.

I took my heirloom grandfather clock to Eddy for a look. It hasn’t worked for years. I inherit it from my grandfather when he passed away years ago. Eddy not only made it work again but at a great price. Not many can fix such intricate instrument but Eddy did it!

Great place to get you antique mechanical clocks repaired and cleaned! I have purchased 4 antique German clocks from this store…They ALL agree with my digital clock to the minute between windings. Eddie turns dusty, bent, corroded mechanisms into like-brand-new mechanical masterpieces in 2 to 3 weeks.

I took my Rolex watch in for repair, I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience at the Clock Master. The estimate was done in couple of day and the repair took less then two weeks. My watch looks brand new and keeps perfect time. I highly recommend the Clock Master for all your watch needs.

This is the watch repair shop to come to if you want your watches fixed correctly. I have two antique pocket watches that needed repair. My local watch repair shop messed up one and refused to repair the other. In disgust, I searched for a reputable clock and watch repair shop and found the Clock Master in Orange. From the start, I could tell that Eddy knew what he was talking about. He fixed both watches in a very reasonable period and I have not had any problems since. He also adjusted my other watches to within one minute’s accuracy – it does not get any better than this. If you want a watch repair shop where they do it right the first time, the clock Master is the place to come to.

I have a 20-year-old grandpa clock. It stopped chiming for quite a while, and then gradually it refused to move as well. I picked up Eddy online as I saw his rate is 5 star both for his skills and service. Well I would like to give him 5 star plus if possible. Eddy is very professional and nice. He disassembled the main parts of the clock at my home, repaired and cleaned at his store. In one month he reassembled the clock. Now it is cheerfully clicking and happily chiming . . . so wonderful! During the conversation I knew Eddy is not only a watch/clock master, but also an AIRPLANE maker!!! Now the pilot is making his third luxury toy. Amazing!!! I guess it would be a piece of cake for Eddy to repair watches and clocks. Eddy, thank you for your good job and service.

I’ve been visiting Clock Master since 2005. Eddy is a very down to earth, realistic, personable, and trustworthy guy. He has worked on various Rolex and Omega watches for my family and I and always done a greqt job at a price that is probably impossible to beat. Last month he restored my recently purchased “late 1800’s” Vienna Regulator. For the grand sum of $400 the case was glued and cleaned, all brass cleaned and polished, dial cleaned, movement completely rebuilt with new pivots and bushings, hammer replaced, broken glass replaced, along with many other minor tasks. The clock is now running with unbelievable accuracy and looks fantastic. HIGHLY recommended

My Grandmothers Bulova watch had been put away in our family safe, unused for many years. In April 2011 I sent it in to an “authorized Bulova Repair” store located in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
They responded with a written estimate and list of parts which needed to be repaired or replaced: C.O.H., main spring, balance staff, crown and stem, clutch wheel, winding pinion. The quote was for over $330.00 Although I had hoped to repair the watch, with this high quote I felt uncomfortable and unsure the watch had much value beyond the sentimental part of it.
It has sat in front of me on my desk for the past 2 1/2years. Recently I learned about a club and network of people who repair old watches for a hobby. They apparently buy old watches that are not working on E-Bay for a few dollars each to use for parts. This was what I expected the destiny of my Grandmothers watch to be. I researched the watches and prepared to post it for sale for parts…
After mentioning this to my husband, he suggested getting an opinion from The Clock Master. I am so happy that he brought it to you!
It came back to me shining, polished, beautiful and working perfectly. It just needed a good cleaning! That’s it, no parts, no repairs!

I went to Clock Master because one of my neighbor told me they are great. The experience was awesome and so much different from my bad experience with another clock store on Tustin Ave. Eddy is quite personable and a very good clock-smith. He brought my century-old Vienna clock back to life for a very reasonable price. He explained therepair in detail and gave me tips to keep it running reliably. Unbelievable service. This is second time I have brought in watches for repair. First was a Rolex GT and the second watch was an Omega Seamaster. I took my antique clock to Clock Master for an estimate, they were very reasonable and the repair was done in less than 3 weeks, also i had few watches for batteries and they only charge me $ 8.00 per battery.
I’m very satisfied with Clock Master service center and i will recommend them to all my friend.

I have a TAG and and have had 2 pins that have come out over 8 years of owning it. Both times, I took them to different watch repair places and I always came when the repair guy wasn’t there, had to come back when he was there and they said it would take 1-2 weeks to repair and be $75 for the pin. I came in at 10:30 AM and he said he’d have it ready in about 3 hours! The repair cost was also way less than the aforementioned repairs I had done. Fast, Great, Reasonable and Reliable Service!

I had my mom’s grandfather clock repaired here. It hadn’t work in 2 years. The owner of the store was really nice and he made an appointment with me to pick up the clock from my mom’s house. It took about a week and half to fix and he came back and installed it. I was extreme pleased with the service and the clock still works without any problems

I recently received a older Breitling Navitimer that was not working. I had taken it to two other watch repair shops in OC. They both told be that the watch was in bad shape, the battery had been left in and had leaked out corroding the internal parts. They said I would be better off buying another than trying to repair this one. I found Clock Master on the internet and called Eddie to see what they could do. Eddie said bring it on down and he would take a look at it and seeif he could do anything. Once there Eddie looked at and said this is a common problem with this make and that he could repair and have it ready in 3-4 days and at a really great price. Great service and a great knowledge about his craft. I would not go any where else for watch and or clock repair.

I took my 1982 Rolex Submariner to Clock Master for repair, the dial was faded, the crystal all scratched up and the case, bezel and bracelet all dinged. When i picked up my Rolex i was speechless, it looked like brand new , these guys are really professionals. I’m so happy with the repair, I’ll going to brag to all my friends about this place. I was looking for the longest time for someone reliable and knowledgeable to fix my old grandfather clock. I was lucky to be recommended to this store. In spite of the distance he payed me a visit took my clock repaired it and delivered it back to me in an incredible shape! What an awesome watch store! I exchanged emails before hand regarding getting my Breitling automatic watch fixed, and had to swing by as they were closing, we drove all the way from Glendale, they were so nice and stayed open a few minutes later to allow me the time to get there, and now my watch is back to great working condition after the watch was overhauled and the winding rotor fixed. I’ll definitely be taking any of my other watches that need servicing here, it’s so hard to find that level of customer service in any type of store. I highly recommend this shop.
